All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Virginia, USA. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number of your package. For now, I only ship within the United States. Expected arrival for domestic orders is 1-4 business days from the shipping date. I aim to ship out orders every Monday and Friday, however if there is a significant delay in your shipment you'll be notified through email. Government holidays and COVID-19 shipping delays may affect this shipping time frame, so please keep that in mind when ordering!
I do not accept returns/exchanges and I am not responsible for orders that are damaged or lost in transit. If your order gets damaged or lost during shipping, please file a claim through your shipment carrier. If there was an error on my end, please contact me so it can be fixed!
